David and Carmen Watts Bryant Clayton live at 536 Tombstone Canyon Bisbee Arizona. They are scamming people into thinking they are an Art School. It is a fraud. They are using the money to live off of. David Clayton is a snitch and drug dealer. Carmen does drugs. Carmen's kid Bob Bob Bryant is the little jerk who sprayed grafitti up and down Tombstone Canyon damaging property. Carmen lies to people saying they are a nonprofit and collecting donations. David Clayton is making meth in the Old Lincoln School. The Bisbee Police are looking the other way. Steve Sklarow is the person who holds the mortage on the School. He is in on a computer scam with them. Selling donated computers on EBAY using the nonprofit status of the Southwestern Institute so they don't have to pay listing fees. It is one big scam operation and the FBI should get involved. These people have taken thousands of dollars of grant money saying they were going to have a theatre an an art school. They are using the money for themselves. Fraud, bilking, scammers.

Someone is helping them still get general operating money from the Arizona Commission for the Arts. These people are doing nothing but pretending so that they can live off of the grant money and not pay taxes. Who is helping them get grant money in the City of Bisbee? They do not have an Art School. They have a phoney website. Lies, lies, lies. And no one cares. Why does Jack Porter protect these people?

David Clayton reports to the Bisbee Police once a week snitching on everybody in town. In return the Bisbee Police allow him and Carmen Clayton to scam grant money and not run an Art School like they are suppose to according to their non-profit status. Their kid, Robert Z. Bryant, known as Bob Bob is a little criminal. He owes a bunch of people money for drugs and has been involved in the theft of a neighbor's telescope, a neighbor's motorcyle, neighbor's cars being egged, a breakin at one neighbors. Bob Bob's lover is a man named Jake who lives next door.
