I'm giving myself an 8 this week because I wasn't entirely OP all week but I did journal faithfully. (I didn't put Saturday or Sunday's journals on this board, but I do have them down on paper!)
Funny thing is, I'm most proud of myself for posting my journal on the two days around New Years when I really went over my points! I know that if I didn't post those days, I probably wouldn't have rebounded right back on plan so quickly!!
Tomorrow is my weigh in, and I think even with the two high point days, that I might have a loss! Sure hope so!! If not, then I know next week I will for sure! I also plan to keep posting my journals next week along with my messages about new things I've tried. This seems to be a great way for me to keep accountable!
