My grandmother in San Antonio passed away last month (one week before her 95th birthday!). We were close. My wife and I decided to fly in from our home in California to visit her as her health was declining quickly. We're so glad we did. After 10 days back in CA, we got the phone call that she had passed away. Back to S.A. to be with family and attend the funeral service...treasured time with family I wouldn't trade.
We've been away from work a lot lately, with lots of travel, so we won't be at the reunion. I look forward to stories and pictures!
I want to mention that I was able to have lunch with CHUCK KUENTZ during one visit last month. THAT was MY REUNION and I enjoyed every moment. I don't think Chuck realizes the positive influence he was on me in high school. He encouraged me musically and personally and I'm grateful. (I hope that he will someday post about his accomplishments. I think he is doing extremely well in the field he has always loved).
Since last summer, I've been able to make contact with a few old band friends and it has been great. Thanks to Robin for this site and Mark for his organization on the reunion. I hope to attend future reunions.

Sadly, I have to send my regrets. I was so thrilled when I first heard about the reunion! Alas, my elation was short-lived, as I realized it was the same date as my nephew's graduation from Marine bootcamp. My husband, Doug, and I will be in San Diego with the rest of my family for that weekend. I will be thinking of you all, especially Mr. Kuentz. I hope there will be lots of post-reunion descriptions & pics on the web page (hint, hint)! I have thoroughly enjoyed reading the many messages here. My compliments to the designers!
