You really need to consider the big picture and not just the slide! There are many other costs your not factoring in. In the past we gave out prizes for contests and had to buy supplies for the various games. When you start looking at how many kids there are in our neighborhood, the prizes start to add up. I wasn't able to go this year, so I'm not sure what type of activities were held. But, I would imagine it was similiar to previous years. Was there a DJ there this year? If so, that might have been part of the cost too. Everyone should not be so quick to judge the social committee!!!!!
