Hey Cheryl, Astounding behavior to be sure. After seeing them and the lawyers spying on this board, I thought I had seen everything. Never to old to be surprised I guess. Had he been sincere, a private letter to your home would have been appropriate. Posting to this board seems like just a parting shot to say a juvenile "neener neener". It is a sad comment on him and the school board that they could be so proud of their "wins" against YOU at the expense of one innocent child. All that money wasted that could have paid for ABA for Daniel's entire school for 12 years. I do know that what goes around, comes around and I hope he prays everyday that his grandkids are never dx'd with any sort of disability. It can be pretty humbling to have the shoe on the other foot when you work so hard to maintain the wrong philosophy soley to punish a parent who is only trying to get all the help she can for a child who cannot ask for help himself.
