you summed up perfectly his attitude that i have had to endure for 5 years...

he blames special education for the school districts money problems when in fact he is to blame. Him and him alone.

Had he simply done what was appropriate without the fight, the expenses would have been much less...

but he cant accept blame himself, where it should rightly be.... because as you put so aptly put, he is and was a juvenile in a mans position. he had to be "boss" at the expense of a childs life...

real happy hes gone.
