lots of lying and secrets amongst school administration...

lots of money is spent, too, on attorneys ect that could be spent on education and makes ya wonder howmuch "inside" influence is used to prolong issues because of things like this...

as an attorney once said to me: there is something inherently wrong with a system that requires a parent to go up against attorneys dealing with the most complicated legal statutes in the nation (as in Due Process)...

not a level playing field at all when trying to protect the rights of the disabled.
