Merry Christmas to all. We will be leaving soon for my daughters. We have the family gathering there every year. That way each family has Christmas day to themselves. Last night I made 4 pumpkin pies and 2 apple pies. As I was taking the last pumpkin pie out of the oven, I hit the side of the oven and the pie filling spray out everywhere and I mean everywhere. I spent the next hour with a steak knife scraping it out of every nook and cranny and had to clean the entire oven before I could start on the apple pies. sigh. Sooooo, we will be short one pir this year. LOL
The boys will be here on the 26th and they will open their gifts from us then. We stretch it out over 3 days for them so they aren't so over stimulated. It sort of works. heehee
Chris and I have started a tradition of going to the movies Christmas day. Don't know yet what we will be seeing.
