maybe he is organized crime.
seems to fit all those categories.
being protected by them... that is.
judges, and churches.
maybe he is freemason.

maybe he is a large cocaine importer...
after, all he is a needed link in the "war on drugs" that seems to employ so many.....
economy bad?> why not just import more drugs, soon everything is booming...
courts, police, truant officers of all sorts, socail services, and emergency services, penal systems, and mental health systems... they all will employ more....
maybe he is needed ....
on the streets....
so his wife can be left to die....

free enterprise for all.
liberty and freedom
for all to screw everyone else
equally.
