Introduction may be in order

I assume that the lack of response may be due to my failure to introduce myself.

My name is Melissa, I am a sahm mom of six kids. My husband and I both share characteristics of aspergers, including OCD, rigidity, solitary natures, etc. My second child was diagnosed with PDDNOS four years ago, and two years ago my oldest was diagnosed with Aspergers/NVLD. We are fortunate, in a way, to have our PDD kid, it helped our oldest get diagnosed years before he would have had serious issues. I should say that she helped my husband and I realize our issues as well. Our third child is now starting to show some trait characteristics of aspergers/DSI. Three down and three to go.

It is also fortunate that my husband and I both realize our issues, because we find ourselves very tolerant and understanding of most of our childrens' problems.

I am searching for different boards in which I hope to find support, advice, and friendship. Online relationships aren't as fearful as IRL.
