the iodine has to be diluted as per my web page .
the diluted(400ug per drop) should disappear with in several hours.

the mercury will be messing everything, if you are being poisoned i think notions of stress are superflous.

its important to set the body clock in the morning by going outside and seeing some reasoanably intense natural light for several minutes so that the melatonin spillover is annihilated.

if you are not diluting the iodine its no wonder you are not getting any sleep. even a drop of 400ug diluted everyday can be a problem. have u tried the lithium?

if the amalgams are loose they can be safely prised out with a minimium of drilling.

>>mercury :o( you can use iodine and lithium to scrub
