i guess if he had many many years he might catch on but why do that when ABA teaches him in a way he can learn quickly ?

and i dont think if you saw a good ABA program that you would think even remotely that anyone was trying to brainwash.... GOOD ABA (not the ABA of the 60s,or even 70s, but todays ABA) is a TEACHING technique , nothing more nothing less...and well documented teaching technique that results in progess that no other technique even comes close to in the ability of the recipitant to learn. But i guess teaching anyone to say read and write is a form of brainwashing, they do not have that capability at birth, must be taught how to do it ...therefore technically you are brainwashing them .....

I had heard about Skinner, just didnt know about the box ...
