Those who wish to take his advice should feel free to reformat their hard drives, but I would suggest investing in new XP compatible software.

I'm sorry that people are offended by the suggestion that they do some research before fooling around with their computers. It's far better to ask questions before changing something than after the deed is done. And it's usually far less expensive.

The company that I own makes a fine profit off other people's ill-considered efforts. But as I said before - what do I know? I'm just an IT professional with 35 years of hands-on experience.
