i dont see how it could be unconstitutional , they are dialing private numbers, its not like people asked to hear their free speech or put themselves into the position because they wanted to hear the free speech, its an invasion in their privacy ...

i just hang up on em ...altho with all these free speech ideas about how to make the tm's life so much more fun and give them hope that your going to buy what they sell, i have been tempted to play along ;-)
