I came to work this morning, and voila, my computer has been turned on while i was away (i now work parttime and leave early), and someone (well, i have a good guess *who* it was staying alone in the entire office after i left) went thru my Microsoft Explorer "History" browser, looking up websites and links i visited. The search was done back up to three weeks ago, which is when i started in that department. My employer district has always been rather laid-back regarding employees' use of the Internet. We never felt snooped on, especially after just 12 days in a new position.

When my new boss came in and saw my screen with "History" still turned on, she made some lame excuse about her "trying to use the scanner" attached to my computer - yeah, right, the dust and papers on its top weren't even disturbed.

That was only one of the things that happened...

So folks, from now i expect to be snooped on even here.
