bascially medications will give short term improvement(weeks) and be a long term dissater with the possiblity of having an invalid to care for as well as all the other difficulites. so its a trap.

supplements do work but it takes a lot of time and skill that comes with expereince from trying different things....
standard vitamin formulations are often to high and can cause problems.


something as simple as selenomethione/methlyselenocysteine
and zinc can make signifcant improvements.......
i would look at enzymes also
