I used to slap stomach and i had a toy i bit. terrible bloating and pain. i know now it was yeast. as an adult, i just curled up with hot water bottle and rocked. getting rid of yeast got rid of pain. andrew knows heaps about yeast. i only know what works for me. oil of oregano, candex and limitting yeasty or sugary foods.
