Congrats on your new addition LeeAnn. I wish you luck with the Allerpet, I hope it works. Sad to say that we tried it on our 2 kittens and didn't have much luck. We tried a few other topicals as well. My daughter also taking anti-histamines to combat her allergies. Unfortunately those interfered with her regular medications and her breathing was getting worse, wheezing, swollen eyes and rash covering most of her. I couldn't bare to see her suffer any longer and had to come to the decision of finding the kittens a new home. Luckily I did with a client of mine and I see them twice a week. They've adapted well in their new environment and have way more space to run around. It was a tearing decision, but the only one left. Good Luck. Please try every alternative before resorting to loosing your new kitten.
