There once was a cow named Ralph. It seems that Ralph was shy. She didn't like the farmer to pull on her teets. "Quit it" she'd say demurely, hoping that the farmer would remove his calloused hands. Ole man Wilson didn't stop, however. In fact he'd tug all the harder because old man Wilson was a spiteful son-of-a-porcupine. One day Ralph decided to take measures into her own hooves. When farmer Wilson commensed to milking, Ralph stood up on her hind feet (balancing precariously) and shouted, "Put up your dukes you dirty ole reprobate!" The fight was a short one; old man Wilson was a former Bear wrestler(he'd learned the art from the Italian novelist, Matilde Serao) and took little pity on the stunned bovine. The next day Old man Wilson and his wife Bertha had hamburgers for lunch. They planned to eat a lot of beef in the next few weeks, they had a sudden surplus it seems.

The End
