Good morning ladies! I sat down to my desk this morning and flipped the page in my Preparing Your Heart For Prayer flip calendar. I read the following words: O what peace we often forfeit
O what needless pain we bear
All because we do not carry
Everything to GOD in prayer.
How true are the words to this old hymn. Ladies, we bear many burdens that I believe the LORD JESUS would carry for us if we would only take them to HIM. I have only one verse for you this morning. Psalm 38:7 says:
All my longings lie open before YOU, O LORD; my sighing is not hidden from YOU.
Ladies, HE already knows what you long for, HE sees your discontentment in the situation you are currently in. I wonder this morning if you would be willing to run to HIM and pour your heart out to HIM. HIS love NEVER fails and HIS mercies are new EVERY MORNING. Ladies, HE longs to wrap HIS arms around you and hold you through the storm.
My time with HIM this morning was simply a time of reflection and thanksgiving for all of the times that HE has come and just wrapped HIS arms around me through the pages of HIS WORD. My prayer for you is that you will come to HIM and allow HIM to do this in your life.
