Dear Mr. Farmer and All Concerned:

Due to the discovery of important new FACTS (not "phantom dots" or "conspiracy theories") related to this case, I have update my exhibit entitled, "THE VULTURES ON GROVE FARM", and the witness information for GUIDO GIACOMETTI, SUSAN TIUS, and MARY LOU WOO.

You will find more FACTUAL information (not "GARBAGE", as you have previously characterized these e-mails) in the attached letter and on the Internet at the following sites:

Mr. Farmer, in light of these newly discovered FACTS contained in the subject Exhibit, and in my many previous e-mails and court filings, I would again urge you, and Steven Guttman, to accept my proposal that we attempt to NEGOTIATE a final resolution to this complex, illegal "SLAPP" lawsuit in order to avoid further legal costs and delays.
