Due to the discovery of important new FACTS (not "phantom dots" or "conspiracy theories") related to this case, I have added a NEW EXHIBIT entitled, "THE VULTURES ON MAUI LAND & PINE", and have updated the witness information for DAVID COLE and STEVE CASE.

You will find more FACTUAL information (not "GARBAGE", as you have previously characterized these e-mails) in the attached letter and on the Internet at the following sites:

Mr. Farmer, in light of these newly discovered FACTS contained in the subject Exhibit, and in my many previous e-mails and court filings, I would again urge you, and Steven Guttman, to accept my proposal that we attempt to NEGOTIATE a final resolution - preferably a GLOBAL SETTLEMENT - to this complex, illegal "SLAPP" lawsuit in order to avoid further legal costs and delays.
