Dear U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, Senator Patrick Leahy, Governor Linda Lingle, Hawaii Attorney General Mark Bennett, Trustee James B. Nicholson, Carol Muranaka, Steven Guttman, and All Concerned:

As you know, the website "The Catbird Seat", formerly hosted by YAHOO! Small Business Web Hosting (owned in part by Goldman Sachs, Barclay's Bank, etc.), has been closed down - without a trial or even a Hearing - at the demand of the United States Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee, and by Order of the Honorable Judge David Ezra.

A NEW site is presently under construction, and I am making a good faith effort to be certain that the new site contains NO "Protected Subject Matter". Therefore, I am asking that Trustee James B. Nicholson, Steven Guttman, or other designated responsible party, review all new materials which MAY BE added to this site located at:

At this time, I am again asking that the responsible party, or parties, review the attached pages, and advise me if this material contains any "PSM". If so, I ask you to describe in detail which specific words, if any, need to be redacted from these pages in the new site in order to be in compliance with Judge David Ezra's Order.

Also, I again ask that you inform me as to WHO will be the responsible party, or parties, for reviewing these ongoing updates of The Catbird Seat, or any other websites or "blogs" that I may create or contribute to in the future.

To all of you who are receiving copies of these many e-mails, my sincere apologies for adding so much material to your inboxes, and for any inconveniences being caused. Perhaps our Attorney General can enlighten us soon so that these e-mails will no longer be necessary and we can all exercise our Freedoms of Speech, Religion, and Petition on our personal websites without interference and prior restraint from the United States Department of Justice and our Honorable Federal and State Courts.
