Dear Mr. Farmer, Mr. Ching, Attorney General Mukasey, Mr. Guttman, Judge Robert Faris & Judge David Ezra:

In connection with the discovery of NEW FACTS regarding David Farmer's financial and professional connections with ALOHA AIRLINES and one of its owners, STANFORD CARR, I have updated the subject Exhibit and the witness information for STANFORD CARR. These NEW FACTS clearly prove that both David Farmer and Steven Guttman have lied under oath and under penalty of perjury when they have denied that they have any financial conflicts of interest in this case.

Due to this new discovery of FALSE TESTIMONY by Mr. Farmer and Mr. Guttman, I believe that Mr. Farmer and Mr. Guttman should be immediately disqualified by the Courts from any future involvement in this case, and that Judges Robert Faris and David Ezra lift their ban on my making any further Motions.
