Dear Mr. Farmer, Mr. Guttman, Attorney General Mukasey, Ms. Muranaka, Ms. Kamerman, Ms. Hughes, Mr. Schmidt, Judge Kevin Chang, Judge Barry Kurren, Judge Robert Faris, Judge David Ezra, Lawrence Reifurth and Jo Ann Uchida:

Due to the discovery of NEW FACTS which are of material importance in this case, I am updating the subject Exhibit and the witness descriptions for JUDGE LLOYD KING, JUDGE ROBERT FARIS, DAVID BANMILLER, DANE FIELD, JEFFREY KESSLER, CAROL MURANANA and DAVID FARMER.

You will find a copy of my letter dated June 13, 2008, and this revised Exhibit, attached and online at:

Mr. Farmer and Mr. Guttman, as the ever-mounting evidence clearly shows, there have been a number of wrongful acts committed by you, including BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF IMPLIED COVENANT OF GOOD FAITH AND FAIR DEALING, FRAUD, TAX EVASION, FALSE TESTIMONY, OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, and RACKETEERING. Therefore, I ask that both of you immediately DISQUALIFY yourselves from any future involvement in this case.

As an alternative to the above request, and in order to try to put an end to this on-going matter, I would again propose that all parties, including your insurance companies, make a GOOD-FAITH EFFORT to NEGOTIATE a FAIR and FINAL GLOBAL SETTLEMENT to this case and all related insurance claims.

Or, if NEGOTIATION is out of the question for some unexplained reason, then I ask that you consider MEDIATION as an alternative means of dispute resolution (which I had originally requested in lieu of ARBITRATION) in order to attempt to bring this matter to a FAIR and FINAL CLOSE.
