Gosh almighty goodness! I give you the 'book' which has told and re-told the story about THE EKKER'S & GLOBAL ALLIANCE INVESTMENT ASSOCIATION/COSMOS SEAFOOD ENERGY MARKETING LTD; & HELLENIC EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL LTD., and their 'counterfeit operation' run out of Vegas and the Philippines. What happens! I get ill.. try to recuperate...and you kids stay sitting and 'looking at the pictures'..forgetting:

"Korea is up to her ass in Counterfeit US Debt Instruments".. One of her attorney's swore up and down that 'he had read the Marriage & Title Record documents that were recorded in Okawville, Illinois County Recorders Records of Tom Ganz.. and Russell and I were not married, nor did VK Durham have title to any ownership of BONUS 3392-181"...

That�s when they got their heads together with Ely Pamatong Atty for Nur Missauri and started lodging those worthless US DEBT INSTRUMENTS in Malaysia's Banks, Hong Kong Shanghai Bank, CitiBank, JP Morgan and China's Central Banking System.

These "not now performing gold derivatives" (Economica has filled 100 outhouses as have I with information on these durned things) have matured or reached their due date...and the Fed. R. refuses to acknowledge them..as does Treasury.

If you remember back in the fall of 2000 or 2001 the Ekker's published: "We now sit in the Philippines awaiting instructions from the US treasury and Fed. R. as to when to bring the gold home"...

That "gold" was gold put up by nations such as KOREA for Energy Installations for their own people.

KOREA has about 1 hour of Electricity for their homes to run on daily... That came from GEORGE ZONG YAO of the former CHINA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE...

Remember: There is not a single one of us investigators who enjoys doing this..especially when the Good International Reputation of our Nation is being tossed around like rotten garbage! I sure as hell don't enjoy it! I know the others don't.. We put our lives on the line daily...hoping WE THE PEOPLE WILL WAKE THE HELL UP; BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.

Hopefully, this coming ECONOMIC CRASH will be forced to 'fall like the dud it truly is'... WE the People are not responsible for COUNTERFEIT US DEBT INSTRUMENTS... Not today...not tomorrow..NOT EVER! Let them shove that crap down each others gullet!

Dear President Obama, Attorney General Holder, Mr. Farmer; Mr. Guttman; Ms. Muranaka; Judge Ezra, Judge Chang, Judge Kurren, and All Concerned:

This references the subject Exhibit and related exhibits and witness descriptions which provide more evidence of fraud, tax evasion, money-laundering, racketeering, bad faith, violation of anti-SLAPP statutes, and undisclosed conflicts of interest among various entities involved in this lawsuit.

In view of all the facts that I have presented in this and hundreds of other Exhibits, it is beyond comprehension that Judges Eden Hifo (fka Bambi Weil), Kevin Chang, David Ezra, Barry Kurren, Lloyd King, and Robert Faris, and Trustees Mary Lou Woo, James Nicholson, and David C. Farmer; the American Arbitration Association arbitrator Judith Neustadter Fuqua, and attorney Steven Guttman can still claim that they were non-conflicted, impartial, and unbiased in this case.

In spite of all this factual evidence, however, I am again asking that we attempt to reach a global settlement of this matter through confidential negotiation or mediation rather than continuing these costly and seemingly-endless court proceedings.

If you still are NOT willing to attempt to negotiate or mediate a settlement, then I ask that you do your required review this new Exhibit and advise me if you find it contains any so-called "protected subject matter", and whether or not you intend to OBJECT to my filing a Motion to reopen this case.

Mr. Farmer, I respectfully request your immediate reply. If I do not receive a response from you or your insurance carrier within 15 days, I will assume that you have found no "protected subject matter" in these updated pages, and that you will NOT file any objections to my Motion.
