Dear Mr. Farmer and All Concerned:

Due to the ongoing discoveries of FACTS (not "phantom dots" or "conspiracy theories") I am updating the subject Exhibit, and adding as a NEW witness, Sue Arrigo, M.D.

Mr. Farmer, with all these real "connecting dots" I believe that any "reasonable person" can see that you do have, at least, the appearance of bias in this case. Therefore, I request that you immediately excuse yourself as Successor Trustee. Otherwise, I believe Judge Robert Faris should immediately remove you from this case for reasonable cause.

If neither of these actions are taken, then I ask that you review these pages carefully and advise me if you find any "PROTECTED SUBJECT MATTER" contained therein. If you do find any PSM, then I ask that you immediately identify such materials so that I can remove these pages from my website in order to be in compliance with Judge David Ezra's Order to Remove All PSM from any website that I may create or have control over.

In either case, I again ask that you respond to my many previous requests that we attempt to NEGOTIATE a final, global settlement to this particular case, as well as to other unanswered CLAIMS that I have filed against you, Mr. Guttman, and other individuals and related entities. Please do not continue to ignore these claims letters, as you have done in the past. I would like the opportunity to settle these claims with your insurance carriers as soon as possible. Please have your professional liability insurance carriers contact me immediately so we can at least begin an attempt to put a FINAL END to these matters....AND TO THESE E-MAILS.

If you have already reported these claims to your insurance carrier, then your carrier's failure to respond to these claims are acts of BAD FAITH which violate Hawaii Insurance Statutes. If you have NOT reported these claims to your insurance carrier, then YOU have acted in BAD FAITH in this matter and may be personally liable for damages. In either case, I respectfully ask that you, or an authorized claims representative from your insurance or bond carrier, IMMEDIATELY RESPOND to this letter.
