Dear Mr. Farmer and All Concerned:

I have newly discovered FACTS involving political and financial connections between FRED CHAN and SHIU ON CHAN - both large contributors to the political campaign of GOVERNOR LINDA LINGLE - ESS Technology, Kamehameha Schools, The Ohana Foundation, Gensiro Kawamoto, CB Richard Ellis, Fred Malek, WCI Communities and many others. These connections are too extensive to even begin to describe here, or for me to immediately update all the related exhibits and witness descriptions.

Therefore, for now, I am only adding the following Star-Bulletin article by Russ Lynch as a NEW Exhibit, and listing some of the more relevant Exhibits which are connected with this new discovery. These are as follows:

Mr. Farmer, I would hope that this NEW DISCOVERY is more than sufficient for you (and Judge Robert Faris and Judge David Ezra) to recognize the wisdom and practicality in attempting a NEGOTIATED settlement to end this long-running case.

If you are still unwilling to attempt this solution, then I would ask that you immediately recuse yourself from acting as the Successor Trustee in this case due to clearly evident BIAS and CONFLICTS OF INTEREST.
