Since I have received NO RESPONSE from you to any of my previous requests that we attempt to settle this long-running case through NEGOTIATION, I have updated my Exhibit List, which you will find at the following site:

Mr. Farmer, I still hope that all this overwhelming amount of information will be more than sufficient for you (and for Judges Robert Faris and David Ezra) to recognize the wisdom, fairness, and practicality of attempting a NEGOTIATED GLOBAL SETTLEMENT to put a FINAL END to this long-running case.

If you are still unwilling to attempt to negotiate a settlement, then I would again ask that you immediately recuse yourself from acting as the Successor Trustee in this case due to evident BIAS and CONFLICTS OF INTEREST.
