Mr. Farmer, I respectfully request that you carefully review these revisions, and then advise me if you find any "PROTECTED SUBJECT MATTER" contained therein. If you do find PSM, then I ask that you immediately identify such materials so that I may delete them from the site in order to be in compliance with Judge David Ezra's Order to Remove All PSM from any website that I may create or have control over. If you DO NOT FIND any PSM in these pages, then I ask that you immediately inform me in writing that the site is CLEAR of any PSM.

Mr. Farmer, I am hoping that these NEW FACTS (not "phantom dots" or "conspiracy theories" as you have characterized them in filings with the court) will be more than sufficient for you (and for Judges Robert Faris, David Ezra, Barry Kurren, and Kevin Chang) to recognize the wisdom, fairness, and practicality of attempting a NEGOTIATED GLOBAL SETTLEMENT to put a FINAL END to this long-running case.

If you are still unwilling to attempt to negotiate a settlement, then I would again ask that you immediately recuse yourself from acting as the Successor Trustee in this case due to evident BIAS and CONFLICTS OF INTEREST.
