Dear Mr. Farmer and All Concerned:

Recently I sent you an email which read that due to the discovery of NEW FACTS, I am updating the subject Exhibit, which you will find at:

Subsequent to that email, I discovered several articles which indicate undisclosed conflicts of interests between Trustee David Farmer and Governor Linda LIngle, resulting in witness information updates which you will find through the following links:

This presents even further evidence of my oft-repeated point that David C. Farmer is a CONFLICTED, BIASED, LYING and CONSPIRING TRUSTEE who should have been DISQUALIFIED as a successor trustee from the very beginning in accordance with my initial objections.

Mr. Farmer, I again request that you carefully review all CURRENT pages in my Exhibits and advise me if you find any "PROTECTED SUBJECT MATTER" contained therein. If you do find PSM, then I ask that you immediately identify such materials so that I may delete them from the site in order to be in compliance with Judge David Ezra's Order to Remove All PSM from any website that I may create or have control over. If you DO NOT FIND any PSM in these pages, then I ask that you immediately inform me in writing that these sites are CLEAR of any PSM.

Your immediate response is requested.
