Dear Mr. Farmer and All Concerned:

Recently I sent you an email which read that due to the discovery of NEW FACTS, I was updating the subject Exhibit, which you will find at:

Subsequent to that email, I discovered several articles which indicate undisclosed conflicts of interests between Trustee David Farmer, Rudy Giuliani, David Banmiller, Judge Robert Faris, Governor Linda LIngle, and others, which leads me to an update in the witness description for Rudy Giuliani:

Updates of the witness descriptions for the others mentioned above, and for the Aloha Airlines exhibit, will follow as time and resources permit.

Mr. Farmer, this presents even further evidence of my oft-repeated point that you are a CONFLICTED, BIASED, LYING and CONSPIRING TRUSTEE who should have been DISQUALIFIED as a successor trustee from the very beginning in accordance with my initial objections.

Mr. Farmer, I again request that you carefully review all CURRENT pages in my Exhibits and advise me if you find any "PROTECTED SUBJECT MATTER" contained therein. If you do find PSM, then I ask that you immediately identify such materials so that I may delete them from the site in order to be in compliance with Judge David Ezra's Order to Remove All PSM from any website that I may create or have control over. If you DO NOT FIND any PSM in these pages, then I ask that you immediately inform me in writing that these sites are CLEAR of any PSM.
