Due to the discovery of NEW facts, I am UPDATING the subject Exhibit and the witness descriptions for former Governor John Waihee, William McCorriston, Paul Alston and Hawaii Attorney General Mark Bennett.
Mr. Farmer, in light of these NEW facts, I again ask that you, your employer (the United States Department of Justice), Judge Robert Faris, and Judge David Ezra, carefully review these revised pages and advise me exactly where are the "phantom dots" and/or "conspiracy theories" that would cause these honorable judges to DENY my Motions for Reconsideration.
