Dear Mr. Farmer and All Concerned:

When the United States Department of Justice, by Order of Judge David Ezra, shut down the website "THE CATBIRD SEAT" - hosted by YAHOO Small Business Web Hosting - many important images included in the sight were lost to me and to the public.

Now they have been FOUND!

Thanks to the ingenuity of the people at GOOGLE, you will find them here:

Mr. Farmer, I consider this a very important new Exhibit, and I ask you to review each and every image carefully in order to determine which images may contain the Court-forbidden "PROTECTED SUBJECT MATTER", or which may contain "phantom connecting dots" or "conspiracy theory".

Mr. Farmer, because you have not provided full disclosures regarding your many conflicts of interest in this case and your total failure to engage in ethical practices, I would again urge you to meet with me to attempt to reach a FINAL SETTLEMENT in this SLAPP lawsuit which so clearly violates my FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS.

Mr. Farmer, In the event you are still unwilling to attempt a NEGOTIATED settlement, then I would ask that you immediately recuse yourself from acting as the Successor Trustee in this case due to your many clear CONFLICTS OF INTEREST.
