498 Big Block Chevy Short Block / Gen IV

This is a complete short block (less pan and pump) with a Bullet hydraulic roller camshaft installed. A machined 2-bolt block (former marine use) and new internals; Scat cast crank, Scat I-beam rods, custom Diamond pistons (had to be custom due to the deck being .020" lower than we wanted because of poor prior machine work), ARP main studs, King HP bearings, Durabond performance cam bearings, Hastings ductile moly rings, SA-Gear roller timing set, Manley cam bolts and lock, Fel-Pro rear seal, Fel-Pro timing cover gaskets. The rotating assembly is balanced and camshaft is degreed.
