Subject: Help me through this

I am going through a hard time right now, from a relation ship I thought was going somewhere. I found out the person I thought I could trust wasn't the person I thought they was. I just got done ending the relationship, and was wondering if any one here could help me through this. Please let me know if this is not the right place to post this, I would rather not give out any information.... email....ect because I do not want my family to know about our little chat. Thanks a lot. K.
