I disagree.
Although I am not an attorney, and I would not be the best person to argue the official pro life position, I still would like to point out that you that in our government the Citizen(cap C) has supreme authority over the govt.The government is the public servant of the people.The government is the protector of our unalianable rights of all people. People is not the same word as individual.The people created the government. A baby in the womb is a person.Whether a baby in the womb is a Citizen(C cap) or an individual is disputed, but a small child, a fetus, is a person that God created.The governemt has NO authority beyond what the Sovereign People designate for it to have.
The Constitution is based uopn the Declaration of Independence. The DOI says "We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created(not born)equal and are endowed BY THEIR CREATOR with certain unalienable(can not be given away, sold, bought, etc.)rights..."
These unalienable rights come from God, not from the government.
The DOI goes on to say that the government secures its rights "deriving their powers from the consent of the governed", and the governed includes babies in the womb, who are guaranteed their unalienable rights which come from their CREATOR, not the government.
The BILL OF RIGHTS protects the unborn's Unalienable Rights.The bill of Rights was created to prohibit the federal government from passing laws that would infringe upon the unalienable rights of the governed.Remember, unalienable rights come from God, not from the government.

God creates each one of us as a lawful natural person. This is not the same as the governements self created legal fictional juristic person(using all capital letters).
Each one of us has, from God , God given unalienable rights given to us , by GOD, and preserved, not given, by the Constitution.God creates all small children, and the right to life first comes from god. We are one nation under God.

The basis for justice id equal rules of practice. But Roe v. Wade has not given the unborn equal justice. The unborn are being discriminated against in the words horrific way.

Would you have wanted for your mother to have murdered you in the womb? Would that have been just? Don't YOU want the right to life, which is an unalienable right, one which comes from GOD(not the government)?
We are one nation under God, not under the government, the government is under God and us.

The courts denied Terri of her right to life, her unalienable right. She was allowed to unlawfully die(or be sold) so that Michael Schiavo could save omney on her healthcare costs. God forbid! What an evil wicked man michael Schiavo is. Was was unfaithful to Terri in many ways. He had no right to control Terri's future because he was no longer in union, in marriage with her. He is an adulterer whoremongerer who destroyed his marriage union. He broke the holy covenant that he made with Terri.Terri's civil rights were violated by the selfish pathetic excuse of a man/ex husband.Whittamore and /Greer had no jurisdiction over Terri and they denied her 14th amendment right to due process, and also to LIFE liberty and property.Like that with the unborn, Terri's constitutional unalienable rights were violated.See 82 CA 369,375,255 P760.Terri's rights were not protected under law.And soon your rights , such as your eminent domain rights , could be taken from you by the Supreme court, who seeks to deny us of all of our 14th amendment rights to "life, liberty and property".

The govermant reduced Theresa Marie Schindler Schiavo to THERESA MARIE SCHINDLER SCHIAVO, the latter being viewed as an "artificial government created legal corporate construct...". They did this to reduce Terri to a corporate construct to deny her her God given unalienable rights.
Terri went from being a natural person with unalienable God given rights to an artificial person, a corporation in all caps. A natural person is not a corporation. See Ballentine def. of natural person.
Terri was reduced to a corporation without unalienable (Blacks def: incapable of being aliened, that is, SOLD and transfered")
Whittimore/Greer allowed Terri to be sold out to save the wicked Michael Schiavo money on her medical expences.
Terri was a natural person not an artificial all caps corporation.
Greer/Whittimore only saw Terri as an all caps ficticious person, and that is why they allowed the adultrerer Michael Schiavo to starve Terri to death, denying her even WATER.
Whittimore and Greer acted with bad behavior.They denied Terri her unalienable rights.They are guilty of cruel and unusual lawless violence, murder and treason.
Terri was first God's , she belonged to God, but Whittimore ignores that fact. Terris mother, father, brother and sister loved her. Michael is an adulterer who abandoned Terri and no longer loved her, nor did he have Terri's best interest at heart. Michael was in it for the money and for himself, not for Terri.Michael Schiavo is a murderer who put Terri schiavo away, sentenced to death unjustly.Michael was no longer Terri's steward. Terri's unalienable right to life was taken from her by Michael Schiavo, Whittimore and Greer.
