High note trumpet player Dr. Michael E. Schmidt's tree walker coon dog "Charlie" is the poster dog for the Athens, TN Animal Shelters latest billboard to support animal adoptions via the humane society.
The Athens, TN billboard says "GOT LOVE?" with a large picture of Charlie on it!!
Michael and Patricia Schmidt adopted Charlie, a 5 year old coon dog from the Athens, TN Humane Society.
You can see the billboard with Charlie on it at the corner of Hwy 30 and Englewood Rd.
Michael, slow to post updates, hopes to one day add a picture of the billboard on his www.trumpetofthelord.com website.
How bout them apples?
