MIKEY - trumpet of the Trumpet of the Lord Ministries plays his American handmade Calicchio trumpet and flugelhorn at the concert pavilion in historic downtown on May 23rd 2009 , 11am-4pm at historic Helen, Georgia. MIKEY - trumpet joins popular southern gospel music singer Sheila Reed.

MIKEY - trumpet one of the world's top ten Christian professional trumpet players known for being the loudest trumpeter in the world is a former member and soloist of Thomas Road Church under the late Dr. Jerry Falwell on the Old Time Gospel Hour, along with the Liberty University Marching Band. MIKEY Schmidt, from Athens, Tennessee is a D.C.I. brass tech, and a marching band instructor and judge.
