What you are experiencing is a symptom of Post Abortion Stress Syndrome(PASS). The desire to replace the baby that was lost is a way of coping with the pain and grief, but even if you got pregnant again, it wouldn't really replace the unique life that you lost. This is why, as a counselor, I'm hoping you will speak with a professional for free about your PASS. A pregnancy resource center often have free group counseling, books and other information. You need to heal from the abortion both emotionally and physically. I know a miscarriage is different from an abortion, but when I had my miscarriage I got pregnant 4 weeks after the m/c. I was a wreck for the 1st trimester. I kept on having thoughts of it wasn't fair to the baby I lost. I felt guilty for trying to enjoy the 2nd pregnancy. I constantly had feelings of it might happen again. I tried to convince myself that the m/c never happened and I was always pregnant, just the due date was moved ahead a month. I was definately not ready emotionally and my body had not fully recovered from the blood loss and trama the m/c had on my body. Your 10 month old us still really young and needs the best care you can give. Give yourself time to evaluate what the abortion has done to you and your family. I have also seen women get caught up in a cycle of saying they would "never abort again" but when they get pregnant they get scared and abort again and again.
