Dear Chloe,

You refer to your Mother as "Mum" - so I am thinking you may bein the UK - if you're in the US, I encourage you to look up a Rape Crisis Center - hopefully the UK has a counterpart for that if you're there. Look in the phone book or do a web search for one. It's really important for you to find someone to trust and talk to about what you have been through. It's really encouraging to me that you posted here - it means that you are seeking some help that you need. Here's a site for rape centers - but they are in the US:

Here are some other helpful websites you can visit:

I am so sorry that at such a tender age you are dealing with such a mature issue. I hope you will find the courage to talk to your Mom about the truth of what happened to you. She would want to know and it's important she understand how hurt you really are. I'm sure it's not been easy for her and your Dad either - as a parent I know how much I love my children and how hard it would be for me to see them going through the pain you're going through.

You can email me if you would like - please at least post again and let us know how you are doing.

Hugs, Kris
