Firefly enters her head bowed low her slowly growing mane slightly lopesided. she lifs her eyes breifly to look around before walking under a tree, and standing motionless. had she been all black none would have seen her, as it was one would have to be but a few metres away to discover her identity.

*Dawn enters the foals area slowly, cautiously. She has been scared to go back ever since Azteca's accident, but finally decided to face her fears. She tries to not look at the place where it happend, trying to respect Flare, and Shadow in their mourning. Instead she walks over into the field of high grass. Laying down so that her whole body is hidden from sight, she sighs deeply.*

*Interlude walks in cautiously, feeling slightly timid that she is so far away from home. She notices the other foal's playing, and she wants to join in but she thinks of it as polite to introduce herself before she just invites herself in the game. She trots p to them, her deep blue roan coat gleaming*
"Hello. My name is Ocean Interlude, you can call me that or just Interlude, I don't mind really. My Mum and Dad live in the Shoreline. I will sleep there but I will be mainly here"
*She thinks, but then corrects herself*
"If you like"
*She whickers, wanting the first impression to be a good one*

Karee was upset at Pearl having a foal, still feeling rejected, but wanting to see Pearl she wanders through the foals field, not knowing where she is, looking for her. "Pearl...Pearl where are you?" She says with tears hiding behind her delicate eyelids. She looks with all her might for the black and lightly white Pearl, but she couldn't find her. Tears streamed down her face and she gasps slightly but trying to be strong she keeps on trotting around silently, looking for her

*Cloud Chaser trots over to where Flare, Shadow, Azteca and his Mother were to see what all the fuss is about. Then he see's a small black and brownly splotched filly laying motionlessly on the ground next to a split log, with blood dripping onto the ground and covering her, and also covering Flare's and little bit of Shadow's noses. He gapes the sight, then runs away sadly, not knowing what it really is but knowing it is definitely not good*
*Beauty looks up from the moment's silence of Azteca's death to her beautiful son running away to the other side of the forest*
*Beauty chases after him and catch's up to him and slows him down*
"It is alright Cloud Chaser, it was an accident what happened and that will never happen again here. Don't worry Mummy's here now"
*She says nuzzling him in Motherly affection. She looks over to Flare and Shadow, mourning their daughter's death. She nuzzles him again, in force of habit to comfort herself also of this horrible ordeal*

"I guess we might as well start then. How about we start at that big oak, run along that small forest path, through the creek, and then over that small field of high grass?"

*Beauty trots in but stops at the edge of the forest, not wanting to disturb the youth's of the forest, of which their spirits own. Checking on them because she is Omega mare. Seeing that there are no fights or dangerous foals, knowing that there wouldn't be but just checking as a mother, she nudges Cloud Chaser's rump forward, but he didn't need to be told twice. He rears up in excitement then bolts over to the other foals, eager to befriend them all*
"Bye, my little son!"
"Bye Mummy!"
*Cloud Chaser squeals loudly*
*Beauty turns on her heel and leaves the field, to leave the playful foals to their romping*
*Eventually Cloud Chaser reaches the foals and says excitedly*
"Hello! My name is Cloud Chaser but you guys...well, girls...can call me Spike!"
*He rears up in joy then comes down again letting his short growing mane ruffle in the wind slightly*
"What's your name?"
*He says to them all*

*Dawn enters at a slow canter. She had been in The Wetlands with her mother for a while, but finaly got bored of it and left. She looks around for playmates, and not noticing any whinnies shrilly.*
"Somebody come and play with me!"
*She looks around sadly hoping that some one will come.*

"I want to stay here forever. And play and frolick and romp; but in a few months I will be a mare, and now everyone seem's to think I'm old. Well, I don't know that but it feels like it. It's too soon; I don't wanna join a herd. I don't wanna be claimed by a stallion that just wishes to mount me"
*She says to herself, wondering which herd she will join when she joins up, or if she will stay in this one. Sonic wants to go to the Mountains, but Beauty doesn't. Maybe when Tiarra grows up she will join the Shoreline, but she's not sure*
"And a mate, as well. Who would want to be a mate to a timid old dapple grey like me?"
*She says wallowing in her self pity, wondering if anyone would want to be her mate*

*Azteca stands by a still pond at one end of the Foal Area. She stares down at her reflection, longing for answers. Why was her sire so sad? Why was her dam so stressed? Why were the foals so playful and energetic all the time? Why didn't anyone just want to talk? Why was Firefly so rough? Why didn't her eyes sparkle like her dam's? Where was her half-brother that her dam spoke of? When could she meet him? And most of all, why could she see the sky in the water, but she couldn't see the water in the sky?*

*A small thin filly wanders in silently from an empty meadow. She walks carelessly but then seeing all the foals she darts quickly amongst the tree's. She watches them romp, play and just chatter*
'I never got to do that. It was always just move grounds, move grounds. We always had to stay with the herd all the time. Perhaps this small herd isn't so bad after all'
*She thinks*
*She is worried. Though most of them are fillies there are colts there and colts disturb her. Colts have hurt her in the past. She walks out of the tree's cautiously, step by step she gets closer to the many foals. She eventually gets a few metres away from them*
"Have you seen my mother?"
*She winnies quietly*

*Karee sniffs the sweet dank scent of the forest. Most would say it is a deterring smell, but Karee has lived with it her whole life and has grown to like it. She looks around her blue eyes glittering in the sun at the fillys. She can see two racing, and two watching. The colt that greeted her was following her. She turns slightly to see the young champagne lad out of the corner of her eye. She turns her rump slightly away from him so she is on an angle to him. She puts her ears back, protecting herself*
*She does like his coat and he does seem nice but Karee knows that the most sweetest of horses can be as dark and cold as death on the inside*
