Jeff,
You are right in the middle of a hotbed of piping for Florida. There is the Tampa Bay Pipes and Drums right there.
Over in Dunedin PM Sandy Keith holds court on a regular basis and if he doesn't have time he can put you in contact with someone of a very high caliber. If Sandy does have the time, he is probably about the best you could hope for regardless of where you are. He is with the City of Dunedin band as well as the local schools. He is also a piping judge for events all over the country if not the world.
Barring that, there is also Maeve DeHetre in Hudson who is also a great lady. Right now she is specializing in small pipes, but she knows everybody in the area.
If you need more info, let me know. I am in Jacksonville, but am aware of some of the goings on downstate.
All the best,
Dick
