Same jack, and it amplifies the very low power signal coming from the e-chanter. Otherwise, a stereo mini jack to microphone jack converter, into something that is "pre amped" (like a tape deck) ought to do the job too, if you want to run it into your home system. Perhaps the best thing to do is buy a big marshall tube head amp and speaker stack. A simple stereo mini jack to 1/4" line feed jack ought to suffice, and everybody in your state could hear you (and you could add a wah wah peddle, overdrive, and DISTORTION!) Rock On!
