Try Ebay. I have gotten a few off of there. Do a search
of either "bagpipe(s) sticker" or "bagpipe(s) decal"
and you should find what you're looking for!

Ebay is a great place to look for piper decals. I bought a sticker that says "have you hugged a piper today"
