I have been keeping tabs on this for some time, and I emailed the contact on their website.
Here is what his reply to me was;

"I have recently been informed by
Writer/Reporter Howard Watson the letter
has been opened.
Here is what he had to say:
"T S H Burns and Martin Mackay said
that the contents were not to be made public because
the material contained within was still too sensitive".

WHO are THEY to act as SENSORS!!!!!


If the deceased has DECREED that 100 yrs should pass then the contents SHOULD be made public .......AS PER THE dirctive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
