Hi, has anyone out there ever installed a Bannatyne pipe bag before? I'm finding that the joint of the Moisture Retention Sleeve is too small for the opening of the mouth piece stock. The part that's supposed to fit into the mouth piece stock is threaded, so I assume it should fit rather snuggly. It's loose enough that it would fall right out! The only solution I can come up with is to secure
it with insulation tape-but inside the bag?! HELP!

hi,
I just recently installed a Bann. Bag. I had just the opposite problem. The retention sleeve was just a little too tight. So, I shaved it down. But I think had it been to loose I would try wrapping it with plumbers pipe thread tape until it fits snugly. And you can always just unzip the bag to check it peroidically.

It's not threaded to screw into the blowstick stock.
Stocks are all different sizes.
Wrap some waxed hemp around it until it fits snugly.
Don't used unwaxed, it will absorb water and expand!
