Subject: Bag Cover

 I am making my own kilt and I want to make a matching bag cover and banner for my pipes. While I had no trouble finding a kilt pattern, I can't seem to find a pattern for a pipe bag cover. I realize that I might do well by attempting to copy the one currently on my pipes, but I would like to get a sewing pattern just to be sure.

search on "chris eyre". you will find his pattern for a sheepskin bag. i used this same pattern to fashion a bag cover. if you can make a kilt, any modifications required will be rather simple.
