Great idea. Unfortunately, some of the market may be missed by capitalizing on the "Scottish" branding.

There are many, many Irish pipers too (and we don't mind playing Scottish chunes) located on the east coast.

A generic name may have been less exclusive. (Gaelic, Celtic, Piob Mhor, etc)
