My guess is that some local boaters will be going this weekend. Usually mid morning. Though it is looking like it will be a bit chilly. If the USGS gauge at Ferndale stays under 4 feet, it will be a good first time level.

You can camp at Greenhouse Park (the site of the Stonycreek Rendezvous). Or at the Quemahoning Dam public recreation area.
